Certain widgets can only be added to certain zones.
"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.
Don't forget, restraints can bring out the creativity in you!

hehe en plus tu es francais.... Ca me fait toujours plaisir de voir que l'un de mes deviant Watch que j'ai ajoute parce que j'aime son style(san vraiment regarder d'ou il vient) se revelle etre francais.
J'ai beau ne pas etre franchement patriote (je vis en chine) il m'arrive souvent de constater qu'il y a beaucoup de tres bons artistes en France.
